All technicians at Bare & Co are independent, self-employed professionals running their own businesses. The salon provides the workspace only. Each technician is responsible for their services, pricing, policies, insurance, and client bookings.

Emily specialises in laser and IPL treatments, offering personalised, results-driven care for hair removal, tattoo removal including semi-permanent make-up removal, skin rejuvenation, and targeted therapies for concerns such as pigmentation, redness and acne.
Mollie specialises in advanced facials including microneedling, chemical peels and dermaplaning, as well as popular brow and lash treatments such a brow lamination and lash lifts.
Hayley specialises in skin and lesion care, including mole screening, skin checks, lesion and skin tag removal, as well as laser treatments. She offers pop-up clinic dates, usually on selected weekends, to provide more flexible appointment availability.
