To ensure the best service for everyone, I have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help maintain a smooth, welcoming atmosphere and allow me to focus on delivering exceptional service.

Deposits
Pay-as-you-go bookings: £20 deposit, deducted from your treatment cost on the day
Prepaid course packages: A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your package, with the remaining balance due at your first session.
Deposits for prepaid packages are fully refundable or transferable only if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations
I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice minimum to cancel or reschedule so I can offer your slot to another client.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice:

Pay-as-you-go: Your £20 deposit will be forfeited, plus an additional charge to bring the total to 50% of your session cost (charged to the card on file)

Prepaid packages: You may either forfeit one session from your package OR pay a 50% of the session total as a rescheduling fee to retain all sessions
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
If you fail to attend your appointment, cancel on the same day, or don't confirm a rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment cost using the card details on file.
This policy exists because last-minute cancellations prevent me from filling your slot while my costs remain the same.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment and require rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. If this does happen unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the progress / outcome of your treatment please discuss this with me as soon as possible so I can address any concerns.
Children & Guests
For safety, space constraints and to maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. As a home-based clinic unfortunately I do not have a waiting area.
